Nico is an excellent host. The apartment was perfect, especially for our two small kids. We enjoyed the pool, the playground, and THE BEACH!! AMAZING! I especially appreciate the cold beer & water that were in the fridge when we arrived! Thanks again for a great time.

La ubicación, la comodidad, la bajada al mar es espectacular y la pileta también. El colchón de la cama sofa. Casi no existe ese colchón. Muy incómodo para dormír.

Condo is situated on a great beach with a wonderful restaurant right on the beach. A plus for us was the building had an elevator and had great accessibility. Thank you Nico.

Best place to stay in Cancun! The beach is absolutely pristine!!!! we walked along the beach for quite a while and didn’t see anything else like it! The condo was fantastic and had everything we needed! We truly felt like we were at home. It was a very nice little space and so close to the beach. The property grounds were absolutely gorgeous!!! Whoever the gardener is does a fabulous job! All the staff was super friendly. The host was extremely responsive and very quickly prior to our trip and answered all of our questions. The property manager arranged a little gift for my husband since we checked in on his birthday! It was perfect! I highly recommend this location to anyone that loves a perfect white. sandy beach and Clearwater with little to no waves. However, if you want a little bit of waves, all you have to do is walk around the corner of the coastline! Absolute five star experience, love Kin Ha!!! if we return to Cancun, we would not stay anywhere else!!!

Nico and his crew, were always quick to respond any of our questions. Helpful to direct our family to a safe and reliable transportation to and from airport. The suite is just as pictured. The beach is my favorite. Calm water for kids, peaceful, and private. Security to the resort 24/7 was outstanding! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the hotel zone which made it perfect. Without hesitation would stay again!

Nos encantó! Felices de haber pasado unos días en el depa de Nico. Nos sentimos como en casa. El depa está súper bien ubicado, la playa es hermosa, los atardeceres son espectaculares.
La cocina está muy bien equipada.
Desde el día uno, todo fue muy práctico, la comunicación muy buena y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras dudas y necesidades.
Súper recomendado para familias. El ambiente es familiar, muy tranquilo.
Definitivamente, nos volveremos a hospedar en el depa de Nico.

This place was super beautiful, had all the amenities needed, comfortable beds and pillows which is very important when not being home. I highly recommend booking this, I'm sure my family would definitely agree. Thank you for letting us stay!

The apartment is very comfortable. It has almost everything that's needed. The beach is awesome, not sure if it can be any better. The pool is clean, large, and not busy. The hotel, in which the apartment is in, is nice. The hotel staff is helpful and great. The beachside restaurant is great and not expensive. The location is great, there is supermarket within walking distance. It is also on the bus route. Nico is responsive. When we arrived, the balcony door was not locking. I messaged Nico and he got it fixed the next day. Overall this is a gem.
